4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Consulting Services

Sessions may be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior without extra charge.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first session are eligible for a refund, less a handling fee.
Requests submitted within 7 days before a session are not eligible for a refund, as preparation begins upon booking.

4.2 Digital Products

Access to online modules begins immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are not eligible for a refund once access has been granted.
Previews are available before purchase for review.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping arrangements and costs.
We will process your refund within 14 days after we receive the item.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount paid for the related service or product.
